If you are having trouble with service not playing anything,
Try login out from the app, on main screen of the app on top go to your account and on bottom there is logout option,
go ahead and logout, once you are on login screen
click on dns refresh and log back in, that should fix that problem.
If you placed a new order please give us time to process it. On weekends it may take longer to get response, so please be patient. We will do our best to get to you, as time permits.
